You know what it's like when your life is seriously lacking in breathing room. There's no space in your schedule, no space in your home and no space in your mind.
It's like your entire life is cluttered down to every crevice and you're dragging around this enormous weight every waking moment.
Is this how life is supposed to be? Am I doing it wrong?
You're working hard for the future and becoming a master juggler of the many tasks (which almost never get completed).
Propelled by guilt, you're constantly fighting resistance to just be productive- clean the house, find what you need, be all of the places, and keep it together.
Plus, you never seem to have enough money and your debt is taunting you like a school bully. Deep down you know that even if you get more it won't last long.
Did you raise your hand to any (or all) of these? Good, you're in the right place.
Things can be different! Imagine if...
...Your life was filled with space to breathe. Enjoying clean white space in your calendar, your home, and your mind.
...You weren't living for the to-do list. No longer feeling like you were constantly completing tasks with no quality return.
...You were accumulating funds instead of debt. Achieved your savings benchmark and felt confident in your finances.
...You had time and energy to create and live instead of just surviving. Flourishing in newfound creativity and energy.
...Your home was a haven that expressed who you are. Rather than decaying under clutter, your home was a loved reflection of who you are and who you want to be!
I created The Strategic Minimalist to share the exact principles and strategies that transformed my life from one of chaos and depression to a life of waking up every morning feeling truly...well, happy.
Before, there didn't seem to be a way through life that didn't involve pushing and pushing to get to the next level. The name of the game was resistance and I was ready to quit.
This course teaches you the foundation for living a minimalist lifestyle. It is constructed around proven strategies that have worked for so many others, myself included, and I have catered this program to parents.
Unlike most courses that focus on telling you which items to get rid of and how to organize, The Strategic Minimalist focuses on teaching you the strategies to be successful without rebound in your own minimalist journey.
This is not just for people who want a cleaner house, this is for people who want a better life!
See what you'll learn!
THE FRAMEWORK FOR MINIMALISM
Learn the principles of minimalism, where the ideas stem from and how it directly influences and affects your children and your family dynamics. And discover how you can see lifelong changes sprout up in all areas of your life simultaneously, amplifying the results.
STRATEGIES FOR BEGINNING MINIMALISM
This course is all about strategies! Minimalism is meant to simplify and prioritize, but many people do it wrong. They make one of two big mistakes that you'll learn in this course. Gain simple and applicable strategies to begin a minimalist lifestyle without experiencing feelings of loss, guilt, overwhelm, or resistance.
DECLUTTER LIKE A BOSS
Decluttering is a difficult process for most people. Letting go of things that you have shared a space with or link memories to is an emotional process. Learn how to sharpen your blade to make decluttering simple and permanent.
You know what I'm talking about. Those great intentions and week-long decluttering sprees that last for a few days and then...well. That's why, in this course, you will find a whole unit dedicated to the exact strategy I use to prevent rebound.
Here is what's included:
Hopefully, you're excited to jump in and learn about these principles that are sweeping the nation! Maybe you have already decided that you have an interest in minimalism and know that you want to live a more intentional life.
But maybe you have some misconceptions about what minimalism even is.
So, in case this is you, let me clear up some of the myths you may believe about minimalism.
1. I have kids so it's really not possible for me to live a minimalist lifestyle. SO not true! There is nobody who benefits from minimalism and it's principles more than families. Both parents AND kids get amplified results because of the incredible need for these strategies.
2. Minimalism is bland and lacking. Sadly, this may be a reality for some of those people I mentioned earlier who straight-up do it wrong. That's why guidance and community are kind of a big deal. But minimalism itself should actually have the opposite effect. It should feel like highlighting all of the 'great' in our lives, not dulling it.
3. Minimalists are pretentious. Nobody likes a pretentious minimalist. I get it. So don't be one! I am very big on minimalism remaining simple and there is nothing simple about legalism and making it your sole duty to whack other people over the head with your beliefs.
4. Can't I just figure this stuff out on my own? You can read books, research online, and invest time and energy into learning about a multitude of minimalist views. I did this for a long time. The problem is that most views out there are not realistic for families and I have seen many people get lost in legalism in an attempt to become an 'authentic' minimalist.
The Strategic Minimalist shares proven strategies rather than focusing only on the decluttering aspect of minimalism. I have not come across a similar, strategy focused, course.
